SAFETY

Safety is our top priority at Pattison Agriculture! We're commited to making our workplace safe for ALL employees. Our staff is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for everyone. All employees complete safety orientation during their first day of employment and undergo yearly updates to ensure everyone has the most up-to-date information to execute their duties! Our new PPE program was launched May 1st, 2021 to ensure ALL employees have an understanding of what PPE needs to be worn in any workplace setting.

TRAINING

We are comitted to growing as a company updwards and outwards. Safety is engrained in every aspect of our business. Eomployees take mandatory safety training their first day on the job, follow-up seasonal training, toolbox talks, and weekly safety topics are just a few ways that we ensure our staff are up to date on safety practices.

COMMUNITY

Our commitment and dedication to safety doesn't just remain inside the Pattison Ag walls. Outside of our dealerships we pride ourselves on our community outreach and safety programs. Throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba we can be found doing safety examples at schools and working one on one.

RECOGNITION

Pattison Agriculture has been recognized over the years for our commitment to safety in and around the workplace. In 2018 we signed the Mission: Zero charter- which is a call to action to acheive zero workplace injuries, fatalities and suffering.

MISSION ZERO

Pattison Agriculture is commited to Mission Zero. We're comitted to Zero Injuries, Zero Fatalities, & Zero Suffering. We believe that unintentional injuries are predicatable and preventable. We're making our workplace and community a safer place to live, work and play.

TOOLBOX TALKS

At Pattison Ag each location holds a toolbox talk weekly. Covering a variety of topics from safety topics communicated to the company, workplace hazards, safe work practices, review incidents and near misses that occurred during the week prior and discuss hazardous products regularly used on the job! It’s a very effective method to refresh safety knowledge and exchange information with experienced workers. Tool box talks are an important way to promote safety culture within the workplace!
