Rapid is a seed drill that carries out seedbed preparation, levelling, drilling and reconsolidation in one pass. It offers a reliable seeding result at high working speed. The simplicity in construction, paired with a high machine quality ensures a long working life and low operating costs. Direct drilling, reduced tillage or conventional tillage – Rapid creates perfect seeding results in all conditions.

Rapid 300-400C/S is equipped with hydraulic metering, powered from the tractor. To match the pre-set seed rate, the metering system constantly communicates with a ground radar, measuring the forward speed.

This very reliable system secures high precision metering, resistant to vibrations and irregularities on the field. Further, the system is very easy to set and calibrate.

To reduce filling downtime, the box seed drills Rapid 300-400C/S have high capacity hoppers. The hopper is designed with a large opening, allowing for fast and easy filling.

The combi models Rapid 300-400C are equipped with an adjustable wall that separates the seed and fertiliser in the hopper, thereby allowing the user to maximise capacity at all times.

The modern design of Rapid 300-400C/S is focused on simplicity and ease of access throughout the machine.

With large platforms accessible from all sides of the machine, the driver get full access to the hopper, the metering system, as well as other important components on the machine. With the iPad-based control system Väderstad E-Control, calibration is simple. Thanks to the large hopper opening filling is fast and convenient.
